The Flair Café Kettle is the perfect addition to any coffee brew bar. This digital gooseneck kettle features three different heating modes, internal memory, and an affordable price for anyone. The Café Kettle was made for brewing on the Flair Espresso line of espresso makers, but is also perfect for any other brewing method, from pour-over to V60 to French Press. It’s also great for brewing and steeping tea.
Flair Café Kettle Modes
- Quick Boil – The Quick Boil function allows for heating your brew water to the boil with a single tap. Or, select a specific brew temperature with the easy-to-use knob that surrounds the digital screen. The selected temperature will be stored in the kettle’s memory until the kettle is unplugged.
- WARM – The WARM function allows any brewer to heat their water to a specific temperature where the kettle will keep it insulated for 30 minutes. This is perfect for anyone brewing multiple shots.
- Quick Boil & WARM Combo – The Quick Boil & WARM Combo is perfect for anyone that wants to ensure their water is purified before selecting a brew temp. The kettle will automatically heat brew water to the boil, and then return it to a pre-selected brew temperature for 30 minutes.
