Flair Espresso Grinder Requirements

A high quality burr grinder, that is espresso capable, is one of the most important tools for brewing great espresso. In the Flair lineup, any product that features a pressurized basket, like the Flair Classic and 49 PRO, does not explicitly need a high quality burr grinder. But, to get the most out of your espresso machine, and to have full-control over your extraction, we highly recommend one.
